Belt and Road Dialogue at Cambridge University

This meeting was held at Cambridge University on January 31 2018. The peaceful rise of China has created a need for a new definition of China’s role in the world. It mainly discussed the influence of the Belt and Road Initiative. Dr. Turk discussed how neither conflict nor peace matters of historic inevitability. The BRI represents a genuine, historic opportunity for a peaceful world of the 21st Century and therefore deserves very serious consideration. World Peace Association was invited to attend the discussion and promoted the importance of trust for peaceful development.
